Swift champions sustainable holiday living with eco-friendly extras

As the demand for sustainability grows, Swift is leading the way in creating holiday homes that are not only stylish and comfortable but also kinder to the planet.
Across its entire range of holiday homes and lodges, Swift is introducing a series of innovative, eco conscious features designed to support more sustainable living, without compromising on the interior.

Smart control at your fingertips
One of Swift’s standout features is the Smart Command system, which is now available across all its holiday homes and lodges. This intelligent system allows users to monitor and manage key on board functions via a built-in touchscreen panel or smartphone app. Whether home or away, users can remotely control the power, temperature, and humidity, and even track the location of their holiday home via a direct link to Google maps. The heating can be switched on remotely, ensuring a warm welcome awaits during the cold winter months.
A shift to all electric living
Swift has made significant strides in eliminating the need for gas, offering a fully electric heating system. The clean and efficient full electric wet central heating solution delivers warmth without the carbon impact of traditional gas heating. Cooking is also cleaner and greener, thanks to electric ovens and induction hobs that provide modern, efficient alternatives to gas powered appliances.
Smarter, sustainable water heating
Another innovation is the integration of the SunAmp Thermino phase-change water heater, which harnesses energy from solar panels. This technology allows heat to be stored compactly and released gradually, ensuring efficient water heating even when the sun isn’t shining. With smart control integration and fast recharge times (full recharged in 3.5 hours with hot water available within an hour), it's a smart and sustainable alternative to conventional water heating systems.
Solar energy
Swift’s holiday homes are designed with the future in mind. Solar ready roof structures provide a renewable energy boost that reduces grid dependence and helps lower the carbon footprint of every stay. Through this harnessed energy, they help to power electrical appliances such as exterior lighting and kitchen appliances.
