How are holiday homes and lodges made?
Swift's Holiday Home and S-Pod range is built to BS EN 1647, meeting NCC Structural Thermal Rating standards. Do you pay council tax on a holiday home?
As long as the holiday home isn't being used as your main residence, you won't be liable to pay council tax on it. Holiday homes do not count as main residences most of the time and so are not classed as domestic property. This means they do not incur council tax, however there are other associated costs that you will need to consider.
