Introducing Clermont: A new country-inspired design

New for 2027, Clermont brings a warm, inviting aesthetic to the Swift holiday home and lodge collection. Its rich rhubarb-toned panelling, matt black accents and neutral upholstered seating create a balanced look, complemented by soft woven fabrics for added texture.

Designed for those who appreciate a cosy, characterful interior, Clermont combines contemporary detailing with the timeless appeal of country-inspired design.

Clermont is available in one holiday home layout and two lodge layouts, offering options to suit different accommodation requirements:

Bordeaux Urban: Urban-inspired design with comfort

Introducing the exciting new Bordeaux Urban, offering a fresh contemporary take while maintaining all the features that can elevate any getaway.

An on-trend soft black kitchen with luxurious marble-look worktops creates a sleek focal point, complemented by contemporary lighting, simple artwork and striking black accents. Cosy soft grey sofas and muted earth tones complete the look, creating a warm, sophisticated space designed for relaxing and spending time together.

New ways to experience Pod living

Swift's Pod collection continues to evolve for 2027, with two distinctive new designs offering different approaches to compact, contemporary accommodation. Alongside the introduction of Ruisseau and Alizee, the existing pod collection has received further attention for 2027.

The former S-Pod 4 and S-Pod 6 Escape models have been renamed Bijou and Nuage respectively, accompanied by subtle aesthetic updates. These developments add to the variety of styles available across the collection, helping buyers and holiday park operators explore different options for their requirements.

Ruisseau: Spacious living with an outdoor focus

The new Ruisseau is a twin-unit pod designed around an open-plan lounge and kitchenette, with two separate bedrooms providing dedicated sleeping space.
