Overview

The Montreal is designed with a 'Farmhouse' soft furnishing scheme, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Luxury carpet with underlay is featured throughout the lounge and bedrooms, complemented by the new 'Provenza' grey-toned vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining, and bathroom areas. The décor incorporates a harmonious blend of 'Tobacco Halifax' oak, 'Stone Grey,' and 'Truffle Brown' woodgrain finishes. Energy-efficient low-energy LED lighting is installed throughout, alongside convenient USB sockets and double electric sockets.

The entrance hall serves as a practical utility area, equipped with a built-in boiler cupboard and storage cupboards. The hardwearing entrance floor mat ensures durability, ideal for managing muddy boots and pets.

In the lounge, the space is furnished with freestanding 'Valentina' two-seater and three-seater sofas, complete with scatter cushions for added comfort. A 'Tobacco Halifax' oak coffee table with upholstered stools complements the seating area and a TV unit with an overhead decorative shelf, provides the practicality for a home away from home.

The kitchen is equipped with shaker-style kitchen doors in 'Stone Grey’ and the 30mm 'Tobacco Halifax' oak worktops with matching splashback provide ample workspace. Modern appliances include a 'Domapp' glass-fronted oven and grill with electronic ignition, a four-burner gas hob, an externally vented cooker hood, an integrated microwave oven, and a fridge freezer.

The main bedroom offers a king-size double bed with lift-up storage and a luxurious Aurora Duvalay™ mattress. The room features bedside cabinets in 'Tobacco Halifax' oak, a matching feature headboard, and an 'Espresso' décor feature wall. A large walk-in dressing room with a vanity area, open robe hanging area, four 'Stone Grey' drawers, and a 'Tobacco Halifax' oak shelf provides ample storage.

The twin bedrooms are equally comfortable, offering Aurora Duvalay™ mattresses on 3ft wide single beds or an optional queen-size bed in the three-bed model. Each room includes bedside cabinets, large open wardrobes and matching vanity areas.

The bathrooms are well-appointed, with features like a Jack and Jill bathroom offering private access from the hallway and bedroom in the two-bed model. The main bathroom includes a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower, vanity shelving in 'Tobacco Halifax' oak with a 'Stone Grey' feature panel, a dual flush WC, LED vanity spotlights, and an extractor fan.
