Introducing the Morlaix Lodge, available in three spacious layouts and multiple bedroom configurations. Designed with on trend styles and superior comfort in mind, this lodge is built to residential specification BS3632:2023, offering exceptional insulation, energy efficiency and year round comfort.

Step inside the Morlaix Lodge and experience a thoughtfully designed interior. The ‘Farmhouse’ soft furnishing scheme creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, enhanced by ‘Tobacco Halifax’ oak woodgrain finishes and low energy LED lighting throughout. The open plan lounge features a spacious L-shaped freestanding sofa with scatter cushions, a stylish coffee table with matching side table and a sleek TV unit with ample storage. Large, front aspect sliding doors flood the space with natural light, bringing the outdoors in.

The well appointed kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring shaker style cabinets in ‘Stone Grey’ with stylish pewter handles, premium oak worktops, and high quality appliances, including a glass fronted oven and integrated microwave. A freestanding dining table with comfortable wrap around bench seating provides the perfect setting for family meals and entertaining guests.

In the bedrooms, relaxation is a priority. The main bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with a padded headboard, a premium Duvalay™ Alba Ortho mattress for support and a spacious shaker style wardrobe with vanity area - the perfect space for the ultimate pamper. The twin bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with padded fabric headboards and generous storage options. Added details such as USB charging points and blackout lined curtains ensure a convenient and comfortable stay.

The washrooms feature a thermostatic shower, a towel radiator in the ensuite and stylish vanity spotlights in both the ensuite and main washroom.
